Joseph L. Soricelli and Richard Hartman
Joseph
L. Soricelli
Since 1985, Mr. Soricelli has been
actively involved as an insurance broker and financial consultant. He holds both a bachelor of business administration in
marketing from Iona College and a master of business administration in management and compensation planning from Long Island
University. Mr. Soricelli has spoken at national conferences and been published on the topic of long term care and disability
planning.
In 2002, Mr. Soricelli became Managing Director for Breakwater Risk Consultants, LLC, based in White
Plains, New York. Mr. Soricelli provides risk management, succession planning, executive compensation and employee benefit
consulting services to business entities, private foundations and high-net worth individual clients.
In 2000, Mr.
Soricelli became Manager of Advanced Planning and Long-Term Care of MetLife’s Westchester Agency, based in Tarrytown,
New York, a full-service insurance and financial services agency with over 60 agents.
In 1998, Mr. Soricelli became
Vice President, Sales and Financial Planning for NIA Group, based in White Plains, New York, a full-service insurance brokerage
operation. At NIA, Mr. Soricelli integrated two new departments, Life and Benefit Planning, into the company.
In
1997, Mr. Soricelli established an independent insurance agency, Family Harmony Financial Planning (FHFP), based in Valhalla,
New York. FHFP consults with individuals and private businesses in the areas of long-term care insurance and estate and retirement
planning.
Mr. Soricelli is a Certified Long-Term Care Consultant (CLTC), and a candidate for Certified Financial
Planner (CFP) certification. He is a graduate of, and has served as an instructor for, the Agency Managers Training Council
(AMTC), under the auspices of the National Association of Life Underwriters (NALU). He is also a Qualifying Member of the
Million-Dollar Roundtable (MDRT), as well as a Member of the Westchester Association, Independent Financial Advisers (WAIFA)
and the Valhalla Lions Club
Richard Hartman
Mr. Hartman has worked a combined 31 years in the financial services industry
– 15 years in sales and 16 years in management. His strategy for success is his ‘needs based’ approach to
business and family planning - he thoroughly analyzes and addresses clients' insurance and financial needs, and
stays in contact with prospects and clients as those needs change in an effort to reach their goal of protecting their families
and businesses, and achieving financial security. He specializes in insurance planning, business planning, and retirement
planning and money management for both individuals and small businesses.
From 1987
to 2008 Mr. Hartman was an Agency Sales Director at MetLife, located in Tarrytown, NY, an insurance and financial services
office. As an Agency Director he was hired to recruit, train and develop an elite sales team. Under Mr. Hartman’s direction
his team became one of the leading sales teams in the company. He has spoken at Multiple Management Leaders conferences.
Prior to his years at MetLife,
Mr. Hartman was a lead Sales Representative with Empire Blue Cross/Blue Shield, the leader in providing
health insurance coverage to customers in New York State and nationwide accounts, serving 5 million members and over 38,000
employer accounts. He is a past president
(2004-2005) of NAIFA – Westchester, a not-for-profit trade association representing the interests
of all Life, Health & Multi-Line Insurance Agents and Financial Service Professionals in Westchester & Rockland
Counties.

Mr. Hartman is also Founder of ‘hatsoff2you’ –
an organization that sends sports team caps/hats with personal notes to troops in Iraq and Afghanistan. To date, 1,300 hats
